All presenters for the Oral Sessions are kindly requested to arrive at the session room 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation time to upload your presentation files.
 

The designated times for file uploads are as follows:
Oral Session I: Upload your file by 14:10.
Oral Session II: Upload your file by 10:10.
Oral Session III & Young Investigator Competition: Upload your file by 14:40.
Oral Session IV: Upload your file by 10:10.

Presentation Timing Guidelines:
• Each presenter will have 8 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
• A countdown bell will sound 2 minutes before the end of your presentation time.
• A final bell will ring when the presentation time is over. Please conclude your presentation promptly.
• Additionally, a bell will sound when the Q&A time is approaching to notify you. Please wrap up your responses accordingly.
